Not so Far Away Nature

On a camping trip just outside London, the Ilford HP5 Plus Black & White film captured a post-apocalyptic atmosphere of towering electricity lines running through a land of beautiful canals and chirping birds.

Yet beauty can be found in this meeting between humanity and the trees.

Away from the rush, the noise, the lights; flowers bloom where electricity flows. Constructed metal meets wild greens, supporting life in parallel.

Must flowers against concrete create a sad image? Or can we be led by another path, embracing the harmony of what is.
